After contacting Neuroharmony, we will arrange a time for one of our advisors to meet with you in the family home. This is usually an hour and is free of charge. This is an opportunity for you to develop a deeper understanding of Neuroharmony and what we do, meet with your potential advisor and discuss the support you require.

Neuroharmony does not work against timelines or fixed outcomes. We will provide support for as long as your family needs, constantly evaluating what we can do.

Unfortunately Neuroharmony does not have Bupa. As a registered charity, we have a section on our application form regarding financial eligibility.

Neuroharmony is a registered charity. When registering with us, you will complete an application form which will outline financial eligibility.

Neuroharmony's key values are around developing connections and relationships. We would always prefer to work face-to-face with families but do understand that this is not always possible. We are able to offer online support to parents and carers when needed but work with children and young people face-to-face.

Neuroharmony generally spend their time working directly with families offering personalised support and developing understanding. It is best to email your EHCP queries using our contact form to see if we have the availability to assist.
