Services & Support
Support that starts where you are—and grows with your family.
How We Work
What if support didn't mean appointments, waiting rooms, or starting from scratch? What if it started right where you are—surrounded by the people who matter most?
We offer in-person, polyvagal-informed therapeutic support to families, children, schools, and organisations across London.
Whether you're navigating an autism or ADHD diagnosis, supporting a child with heightened anxiety, or seeking better understanding around demand avoidance—we help make sense of what's happening underneath the surface.
All of our work is relational, not behavioural. Our focus is co-regulation, not correction. And everything we offer is shaped by your real-world context—not protocols or programmes.

For Families
In-Home Support for Parents & Carers
We meet you where you're most comfortable—at home. Together, we create space to understand your child's behaviour through the lens of safety, not defiance.
- Calm, reflective sessions designed to reduce overwhelm
- Practical guidance grounded in nervous system science
- Tailored to your family's rhythms, culture, and values

Understanding Anxiety, Autism & ADHD
We support families in exploring how neurodivergence and anxiety show up—not just in theory, but in everyday life.
- What's a meltdown really telling us?
- Why does school cause such dread?
- What happens when everyday tasks feel impossible?
We help you notice patterns, decode responses, and shift from reacting to relating.

Guidance Through the Diagnostic Pathway
Diagnosis can bring clarity—but also confusion, grief, and bureaucracy. We offer support before, during, and after the process.
- What to expect at each stage
- How to advocate without burning out
- What the label can (and can't) tell you
- How to find meaningful next steps after diagnosis
No referral is needed to work with us. We don't require a diagnosis to begin.

Whole-Family Support
The nervous system doesn't exist in a vacuum—and neither does your child. We offer support for everyone involved in their life:
▸ Siblings
- Space to explore their own emotions
- Help understanding the behaviours of their brother or sister
- Tools to feel safe, seen, and not forgotten
▸ Grandparents & Extended Family
- Calm, accessible guidance on how your child experiences the world
- Conversations that reduce tension and misunderstandings
- Support when you're trying to help but don't know how

For Schools
Training, INSETs & Consultation
We work directly with educators, LSAs, and support staff to build trauma-aware, neurodivergent-affirming school environments.
Every session is tailored to the needs of your setting and may include:
- Introduction to Polyvagal Theory and co-regulation in classrooms
- Understanding demand avoidance and emotional shutdown
- Practical tools for working with pupils who struggle with transitions, sensory processing, or emotional expression
- Reflective space for staff to explore the emotional toll of support work
Twilights and insets available on request.

For PDA & Demand Avoidance
Meeting Avoidance with Safety
We offer specialised support for children and young people presenting with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) or other anxiety-driven avoidance behaviours.
Whether formally diagnosed or not, we:
- Recognise demand avoidance as a survival response—not a choice
- Focus on restoring a sense of autonomy and safety
- Help parents, schools, and caregivers shift from pressure to partnership
Support is always personalised. The aim is not to eliminate avoidance, but to understand what it protects—and work from there.

For Organisations
Workplace Training & Consultation
We help companies build environments where neurodivergent staff feel safe, understood, and able to thrive.
This includes:
- Foundational awareness training for teams
- Executive coaching for inclusive leadership
- Support designing policies and environments that reflect real neurodiversity—not just tokenism

Let's Begin Gently
You don't need to have the right language.
You don't need to have things figured out.
You just need a starting point.
